Meet Helen Jane
I am a mother and fitness specialist. I have a son and a daughter, both under the age of three. I am a certified sports coach in multiple sports. My passion is supporting others to reach their goals, which I successfully achieved throughout my years of sports coaching and Physical Education teaching.
I trained and competed in running and triathlon for over 20 years, covering all the distances in Triathlon from Sprint to Ironman, and represented my country at Age Group level. I love to get outside and run, this is my meditation! Half Marathons and Marathons, yes I’ve completed a bucket load, but motherhood has taught me to be time efficient with fitness and workouts. I no longer have hours and hours, but still want results and to feel great!
